1. Shipping & Handling Policy
Free shipping and handling on purchases and returns of shoes. We pay shipping both ways. All of our products on this website are in stock and can be shipped the next day via USPS priority mail. Normally, it takes 2 to 3 business days to receive the products after shipping. Those products not in stock will ship in 6-8 weeks.
Costumes and Accessories
Because it is so important for dance costumes to fit perfectly, we highly encourage dancers, especially women, to come to our Retail Store or meet us at an Event to try on our wide selection of costumes rather than buying them online. If this is impossible, please purchase "Shipping" as if it were any other product, from the same category as the costume. Shipping costs depend on weight. Costumes in stock will be shipped the next day via USPS priority mail, which takes approximately 2-3 business days. Anything not in stock will ship in 6-8 weeks.
2. Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
All merchandise sold on this website, with the exception of Clearance items, may be returned for an exchange or refund. Return unworn shoes within 90 days of receipt or unworn costumes within 10 days of receipt. A complete refund or exchange for any item of equal or lesser value plus return shipping credit for shoes will be issued.
How To Return Shoes
If you still have the box you received the shoes in, you can use that box. Otherwise, any shoe box will do. Mail the package preferably using regular US mail, or, by second choice, Priority Mail. You can use the USPS website to print a shipping label and schedule a package pickup at your home, or go to your local post office. We will credit your account upon receipt of the package.
3. Dance shoes
Over 100 unique styles are available. See the table, below, for the sizes we regularly have in stock. It is recommended that you come to the store to try on shoes, but if ordering online, it is recommended that you order your size as you would for any non-dance shoe (American sizes). We also have a few selections of wide and narrow shoes in stock. Any shoe can be special (custom) ordered in any size, width, fabric or heel height via phone (1-855-793-2623) or email (Contact@ShallWeDanceDesigns.com)*.
4. Special Shoe Collections: Superflex, Crystal, Glamor
The Superflex designs feature extra padding for added comfort and flexibility, so you can dance all night long.
A large inventory of dresses, shirts, pants, and skirts are in stock in the sizes listed in the table below. Most ballroom costumes are one-of-a-kind and are only in stock in one size but can be ordered in different sizes. Many of our high-quality costumes include Swarovski crystals, others include imported crystals or rhinestones.

6. Dancewear Rentals
Costumes are available for rent. You deposit the total sale price of the costume, and the balance is credited to your account upon the return. Rentals are to be picked up and dropped off in our store.
Costumes cannot be returned with fragrances, tanning spray, make-up, or stains of any kind. Please refrain from wearing perfume, make-up, or anything on your skin that could stain the dress. Dresses with stains of any kind will be considered purchased, and will not be accepted upon return.

We also bring selected inventory to ballroom socials and events on the East coast. Subscribe to our Newsletter for our scheduled appearances at events.

Please browse our online gallery and place your order on the website, by email or by phone. All of our products are in stock and will be shipped the next day.

11. Custom / Special Orders
We can special order another size of any shoe or costume pictured on our website. Shoes can be ordered in another size, width, fabric or heel height, and can be custom-adorned with Swarovski crystals. Please be aware that these items are not in stock, so they will take longer to deliver. Please allow 6-8 weeks. Special orders can be placed by sending an email with exact specifications to firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional fees may apply. Custom orders are NOT RETURNABLE and NOT EXCHANGEABLE, so make sure you get your order right.
Sale items can be returned or exchanged. Sale items are on clearance and may not be in stock in all sizes. Products on sale cannot be back-ordered. Clearance shoes are "retired" styles and will not be re-stocked.
13. Gift Certificates
Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the standard payment methods. Once purchased, the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. The Shopping Cart box shows the amount in your Gift Certificate Account. There is also a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to someone via email.
Sending Gift Certificates
Click on the Gift Certificates link on the right-hand column of our website. Specify the name of the recipient, recipient's email address, amount you want to send* and a short message to the recipient. Be sure to enter the information correctly.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code. You may print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in either of two ways.
1. Click on the "Redeem" link in the email, and create an account to validate the Gift Certificate.
2. During the Checkout process, on the webpage where you select a payment method, enter the "Redemption Code" and click "Redeem".
Buying with Gift Certificates
If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Enter the amount to apply from the funds in your Gift Certificate Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate Account for the future.
