We are centrally located, 10 miles from New York City and close to many major dance studios in northern New Jersey. Enjoy easy access for customers in NYC, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Come to our store to view our large selection of shoes and dancewear. You're sure to find what you're looking for for competitions or social events. Although our dancewear available online, we strongly recommend dancers to come to our retail store to try it on, as a perfect fit is imperative. Some of our products may not be pictured on this website. Our entire collection of shoes and dresses are available in the store, so you're sure to find the perfect shoe or costume.

Clearance items are only available for purchase in person. Clearance includes shoes previously on display, retired styles of both shoes and dresses in incomplete sizes, items with small defects, etc.

Directions

From New York City by Bus:
Take Bus #192 from Port Authority toward Clfiton. Stop at the intersection of Kingsland St. and Passaic Ave. in Nutley. Walk Northwest on Kingsland St., pass Elm Pl., and turn left onto Franklin Ave. Walk downhill, passing Yantacaw Pl., Brookfield Ave., Starlight Dance Center, and Dodd St. If you get to Starbucks, you've gone too far. The walk is three long blocks, or under 10 minutes long.

From the Lincoln Tunnel:
Go through the Lincoln Tunnel / I-495W. Take Exit onto NJ-3 W toward Secaucus. Take the NJ-7/Passaic Ave exit toward Nutley/Passaic. Turn left onto Passaic Ave/Passaic County 603. Passaic Ave. turns into Cathedral Ave. Take fork left onto Kingsland St. Turn right at the light at Franklin Ave. Pass the Starlight Dance Center. Shall We Dance Designs is on your left. If you get to Starbucks, you've gone too far.

From the Northeast (I-95S):
Take I-95S to Exit 16W toward NJ-3/Secaucus/Rutherford/Lincoln Tunnel. Take ramp to Exit toward NJ-3W. Keep left at the fork on the exit ramp to merge onto NJ-3W. Take the NJ-7/Passaic Ave exit toward Nutley/Passaic. At the end of the road, turn left onto Passaic Ave/Passaic County 603. Passaic Ave. turns into Cathedral Ave. Take fork left onto Kingsland St. Turn right at the light at Franklin Ave. Pass the Starlight Dance Center. Shall We Dance Designs is on your left. If you get to Starbucks, you've gone too far.

From the North (GSP S):
Take the Garden State Parkway South (GSP S) to Exit 153 on the left to merge onto NJ-3E toward Lincoln Tunnel. Take the Passaic Avenue exit toward NJ-7/Nutley/Passaic. Sharp left onto Passaic Ave. Passaic Ave. turns into Cathedral Ave. Take fork left onto Kingsland St. Turn right at the light at Franklin Ave. Pass the Starlight Dance Center. Shall We Dance Designs is on your left. If you get to Starbucks, you've gone too far.

From the Northwest (I-80E):
Take I-80E to Exit 53 toward US-46 E/NJ-3/Wayne/Clifton/Lincoln Tunnel. Merge onto Old Turnpike Rd. and continue onto US-46E. Take the ramp to NJ-3E/Lincoln Tunnel, staying left at the fork to merge onto NJ-3E. Take the Passaic Avenue exit toward NJ-7/Nutley/Passaic. Sharp left onto Passaic Ave. Passaic Ave. turns into Cathedral Ave. Take fork left onto Kingsland St. Turn right at the light at Franklin Ave. Pass the Starlight Dance Center. Shall We Dance Designs is on your left. If you get to Starbucks, you've gone too far.

From the South or Southwest (GSP N):
Take the Garden State Parkway North (GSP N) to Exit 150 for Hoover Ave toward Belleville/Bloomfield. Turn right onto Hoover Ave. Turn left at the light onto Bloomfield Ave. Turn right at the light onto Centre St. Take the third left onto Franklin Ave. Shall We Dance Designs is on your right. If you get to the Starlight Dance Center or Kingslane Ave., you've gone too far.

50¢ per hour Monday - Saturday before 6PM
Free after 6PM Monday - Saturday, all day Sunday
We will reimburse customers for the time they were in the store upon request.
