Shoes:
(When returning online or phone order, please include a copy of the invoice in the returned box)
Return unworn, regularly-priced shoes within 10 days of receipt.
For Online or Phone Orders: If you still have the box you received the shoes in, you can use that box. Otherwise, any shoe box will do. Mail the package preferably using regular US mail, or, by second choice, Priority Mail. You can use the USPS website to print a shipping label and schedule a package pickup at your home, or go to your local post office. Upon receipt of the shoes, SWDD will credit your account for the price paid for the shoes. Store credit or an exchange is also available upon request.
***Shoes purchased on sale and shoes that have been worn are not returnable and not exchangeable.***

Return unworn, regularly-priced costumes with tag attached within 5 days of receipt.
For Online or Phone Orders: If you still have the box you received the costume in, you can use that box. Otherwise, any box will do. You can use the USPS website, the FedEx website or any other company to print a shipping label and schedule a package pickup at your home, or go to your local post office. Upon receipt of the dress, Shall We Dance Designs will credit your account for the price paid. Store credit or an exchange is also available upon request. Return shipping will not be refunded.
***Costumes purchased on clerance/sale and costumes with fragrances, tanning spray, make-up, or stains of any kind are not returnable and not exchangeable. ***
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
